  I love T-Mobile and have been happy with them for years. However, the employee in the store when I went there today had an attitude and was cranking obscenity filled rap music through the store. I'm not coming back here.

  Ronald was great. Very personable, understanding and had a good sense of humor. All the other staff was helpful as well. Weren't too pushy sales wise. Answered all my questions. They all greeted us as if we were good friends as soon as we walked in. Really enjoyed the experience.

  Roy & Kara were great at customer service. They were patient and friendly. And They were helpful and spent the time with me I needed so I could understand my new phone. I will definitely return to this location. The environment was relaxing, and not stressful. Roy and Kara were both respectful and kind to me. I would definitely refer my friends to T Mobil in Novato.
