  Arian Solomon at the Novato Sprint Store has committed fraud. She charged me for accessories I didn't purchase. She used my signature from a contract I signed for my cell phone, copied it, created a new contract and fraudulently attatched it to the accessories contract. I contacted the Fraud Division of Sprint who agreed. Be careful at this store. Monica M, store manager, is ineffective. I tried to explain the problem I was having. She did nothing to correct the situation. I had to call Sprint Fraud Dept. to get resolution.
