  I will never order an appliance from Costco again. I specifically told their customer service operator at Innovel that a bobtail would not have clearance for my driveway. They show up with a bobtail and can't give me my order. Driver spoke with supervisor and promised next day delivery. When I called the next day, customer service told me I could not get appliance delivered until 3 days later than promised. This will be 2nd day I lose work due to their inept customer "service". The appliance will now cost 3x what I originally paid for the appliance in addition to my time wasted and dismissive "customer service". Never again!!
